The versatile functions of our eFile

Your personal data is safe with us! We protect it with multiple enhanced data protection measures and use state-of-the-art encryption for data transmission. You can also easily determine who can see what. Simply add new users and give them special access rights for certain periods or files. Flexible document storage.

Consulting and planning We conduct an organizational meeting to determine the types of documents, coordinate the procedure for urgently needed files during digitization and provide support in developing a sample file that serves as the basis for document allocation.
Collection of the documents You organize and commission a transport company or us directly. Send us an Excel file with the personnel number, surname and first name of your employees. We will use this to check whether we have received all the files in full and will send you confirmation of receipt immediately.
Preparation and sorting We remove the documents from the file and prepare them for digitization, unstapling, unstapling, sticking existing "Post-It's" on blank areas or empty pages, etc.
High-resolution digitization We scan the documents (front/back), delete blank pages, adjust images and check the quality.
