What happens when you mix HR, AI and cocktails?

Our review of three intense days at ZPE25

Three days in Cologne, three days of HR innovation, three days full of encounters, new ideas and genuine conversations. And above all: three days that brought us even closer together as a team.

Trade fair highlights? Yes. But first: Thanks, team! 💪🧡

The days in Cologne felt like an exciting school trip, and that’s exactly what defines our team spirit. Three long, exhausting but incredibly motivating days, during which we gave our best together and had a lot of fun:

With cocktails, AI and a clear stance at the trade fair

Our exhibition stand was impossible to miss, and not just because of the cocktail bar 🍸. In fact, we received a lot of positive feedback for our pink exhibition stand with its open, inviting concept. You could visit us and have a good time right at the entrance to Hall 4.2 at Stand I.04.

With our yellow shirts and matching shoes, our trade fair team was a real eye-catcher!

Some visitors also came through our participation in the AI Rally, where we were able to provide exciting insights into our solutions and received great feedback.

Full house at the lecture: “Retention is the New Recruiting”

On Thursday at 11:00 a.m., we had the opportunity to share our perspective on a very exciting HR question on the Organisational Performance Stage (Hall 4.2): How can companies today succeed in retaining their best employees – instead of constantly looking for new ones? We were delighted to be able to share our insights with a large audience, and we look forward to the next edition of HRM-TIME in 2024. We would like to take this opportunity to thank all our partners for their support in making this event possible.
