On May 14, 2025, it was that time again: The Career Day of the University of Bamberg took place on the ERBA Island and we from Perbility were of course right in the middle of it! For us as a Bamberg-based company, this day is always a very special highlight. There is hardly a better opportunity to get in touch with young talents from our home region.
Our focus: IT, innovation and career opportunities
With our new, pink-colored stand, we were impossible to miss and the interest was great. The students of the
Business Informatics and Applied Informatics students took the opportunity to find out about our technologies,
programming languages and exciting projects. The many curious questions and conversations about everyday working life at
Perbility showed us once again how important it is to get in touch with potential developers at an early stage.
We were impressed by the openness, technical interest and motivation of the students.

Need to cool off? - Ice cream for everyone!
Another highlight: our ice cream stand! With the sun shining brightly, the cool refreshment was not only a real
crowd-puller, but also a great opportunity for many informal conversations. In this way, we were also able to
communicate our corporate culture in a relaxed manner.
Personal exchange - our highlight of the day
What makes Career Day so special for us? Clearly: the direct contact with the students. It was great,
to talk to the students about their ideas, future plans and expectations - and in return to give them an authentic
insight into our working world. As a local company, we really appreciate the close cooperation with the
University of Bamberg. For us, it is a real concern to promote young talent from the region and to offer them
exciting prospects in HR tech and IT.
