With our new, pink-colored stand, we were impossible to miss and the interest was great. The students of the Business Informatics and Applied Informatics students took the opportunity to find out about our technologies, programming languages and exciting projects. The many curious questions and conversations about everyday working life at PERBILITY showed us once again how important it is to get in touch with potential developers at an early stage. We were impressed by the openness, technical interest and motivation of the students. students. It is precisely this exchange that confirms our approach of making career entry as attractive as possible for young talents.

Another highlight: our ice cream stand! With the sun shining brightly, the cool refreshment was not only a real crowd-puller, but also a great opportunity for many informal conversations. In this way, we were also able to communicate our corporate culture in a relaxed manner.

What makes Career Day so special for us? Clearly: the direct contact with the students. It was great, to talk to the students about their ideas, future plans and expectations - and in return to give them an authentic insight into our working world.
